Internal Recruiter (EAME) - Dutch speaking

Huntsman have a vacancy for a Recruiter to be based within our Regional Talent Acquisition team as part of Global HR. This position can be based from multiple locations (Brussels, Osnabruck, Basel or Rotterdam) and will be primarily responsible for managing the full recruitment process on a wide variety of vacancies across the EAME region whilst providing support and advice on workforce planning, employer branding and candidate attraction strategies to local Hiring Managers and HR. Additionally, As The Internal Recruiter (EAME), You Will
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to translate business strategy and workforce planning into executable recruiting plans
  • Manage the recruitment process, from preparation and advertisement of vacant positions on internal and external channels, to interviewing selected candidates and supporting HR with feedback and hiring decisions.
  • Take ownership of applicants to ensure they are appropriately screened, interviewed and assessed in line with business competencies and requirements
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies across the region
  • Implement the globally defined recruiting processes and tools including effective use of our Applicant Tracking System and make improvement suggestions where possible.
  • Monitor the internal transfer process and promote the development of internal candidates within the business
  • Work to regional team KPIs focused on the reduction of cost per hire, time to hire and candidate turnover.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified with previous experience working within a recruitment and/or HR capacity
  • Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across a complex, matrix organisation
  • Excellent organisation skills and process driven with the ability to bring innovative solutions to improve processes and work methods
  • Native Dutch or German speaker and business fluent in English
  • A knowledge of engineering and/or corporate recruitment would be beneficial but not essential
