Casino CRM Associate Dutch Speakers

We are looking for a CRM Associate for our leading European online betting brand - bwin. Best known for being the sponsor of Real Madrid FC from 2007-2013. As a CRM Associate with us, you'll champion bwin, engaging players through exciting promotions and campaigns. Working in complete collaboration with our global team, you'll need to establish a firm understanding of various CRM tools, mechanics and strategy to effectively impact top-line KPIS Your arena:
  • Create the monthly casino CRM plan, highlighting the most relevant events for your territory with an aim to optimise player engagement.
  • Help and take a lead in the executional set up of the communications, teasers and landing pages for your promotions.
  • Work closely with the local and regional CRM teams to deliver a high-volume calendar of communications to multiple customer segments through multiple channels – ensure everything is delivered on time.
  • Monitor customer experience and journeys across all channels and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Request and relay campaign analysis for each promotion, enabling the business to understand the effectiveness of each activity.
  • Contribute towards improving our various promotional tools, reporting tools, CRM & bonusing systems, segmentation systems, email templates, etc.
Your entrance ticket:
  • Fluent Dutch/Flemish speaking with English at a business proficient level.
  • Ideally degree educated with a minimum of a Bachelor in Marketing.
  • Strong inter-departmental communication skills.
  • Passion and/or interest in (online) Casino.
