On behalf of our client, an international BPO company in Sofia, we are currently seeking bright professionals for the role of Customer Service Representative with Dutch.
- Handle Dutch speaking customers;
- Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Prepare and analyze reports regarding customer experience;
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support;
- Working in an international and dynamic team.
- Very good communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Experience in a customer service environment is a plus;
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers;
- Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and communicate data;
- Be able to troubleshoot basic issues related to technology.
