Customer Support Representative with Dutch

In this role you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company. Key responsibilities:
  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues via telephone, e-mail and the web;
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
  • Walk customers through problem solving process;
  • Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations;
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution;
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources;
  • Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements;
Essential requirements:
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English;
  • Availability to work on shifts;
  • Overall IT Knowledge and computer literacy;
  • Excellent communications skills;
  • Strong Analytical skills and process understanding;
  • Customer service orientation and sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to learn;
