Dutch Customer service (Warrington UK)

Welkom in our Dyson Warrington Dutch-team! In this role your most important job will be to delight Dyson owners every time they contact you. You will be a Dyson Ambassador who lives, breathes and loves the brand. You will want to build brand loyalty at every single touchpoint on the Owners’ Journey. Principal Accountabilities Using leading edge diagnostic tools, you will help guide our owners in solving problems with their machines. Where it's a more serious problem, you may a book field engineer visit and arrange to send spare parts to owners for self-fix repairs. You will use a range of tools to interact with owners on email and social media platforms - at the same time developing great skills that will help boost your career as new media becomes more and more common place. You'll be on the lookout for opportunities to talk with owners about new and exciting products that are regularly launched into the market and you will proactively create sales opportunities and close sales. Requirements:
  • You have a high level of communication (reading, writing and speaking).
  • You will be fluent in native speaking German, Dutch or Spanish/Portuguese.
  • You're a natural team player - we believe in supporting and developing our people, and we want you to grow with us and help us to grow our business.
  • You must be someone who loves to give and receive fantastic customer service - we want you to treat every call or email or social media post as an opportunity to delight our owners.
  • You should be reasonably comfortable talking and attending team briefings in English – you will not deal with English calls.
  • Good keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office will really help you get up to speed quickly.
We Offer:
  • 3-4  months initial contract.
  • 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
  • Based in Warrington, North West UK.
  • Salary: £27.000- £28,500 gross per year
  • 20 days holiday pro rata.
  • Free onsite parking available.
