Your daily job as an inbound customer advisor consists of advising the customer, and answering questions that the customer might have. The inbound customer advisor is a good listener who aims to help the customer in the best possible way.
The ideal candidate
- Fluent in Dutch
- Good level of English
- Assertive, willing to take initiative
- Customer and service focused
- Good communication skills
