Our client is a medium sized multichannel contact center in Sofia, Bulgaria, and is part of the Yource group, market leader in customer contact in the Benelux. Our client is a Dutch company, with over 70% of the workers being Dutch. This could be your home away from home. Our client picks you up from the airport, and helps you with everything in regards to the move.
Your working day as a sales support agent consists of in and outbound conversations with customers who use frozen, home-delivered products. Your job is to give personal advice focused on the needs of the customer.

- Fluent in Dutch
