So you ask, what do I need to do to land this Opportunity? Well after you’re satisfied with what you will be doing on a daily basis, just apply and I will put my coffee down and process your details. You will: For Sales:
  • Phone customers from existing customer databases and generate sales
  • Manage your database of existing accounts
  • Call customers from existing mail orders received
  • Enter orders on your database and Up-sell to customers
  • Strengthen existing National Pen relationships with its high-value customers
  • Participate in product projects when required
  • Ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
  • Inform each customer of any new products
  • Verify the order and customer details on-line
  • Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management
For Customer Service:
  • Give general information on products
  • Processing orders – telephone and mail
  • Up-Selling orders
  • Order status
  • Sample Product Requests
  • Customer complaints
  • Shipping issues (tracing orders; returns pick up etc.)
  • Finance queries (processing payments, invoice / statement queries)
  • Responding to faxes and letters from Customers
  • Translation and proofing
  • Any other duties/projects as directed by Management
Steps of the Recruitment Process:
  • Apply (CV in English)
  • My coffee is now put aside so I can process your CV
  • An Accuracy Test will be sent to you via our system
  • Language Test if applicable
  • Followed by screening with my good self or one of my colleagues
  • Interview via Skype or Face to Face
  • Candidates must be eligable to work in Ireland
