Dutch speaking career opportunities in Dublin, Lisbon and Krakow

We are looking for motivated & enthusiastic individuals who speak and write Dutch or another European language alongside English. We have different open roles like: Customer Care Agent, Content Moderator and Service Delivery Team Leads. This opportunity offers you the possibility to work in an international environment in one of our Excellence centers in Lisbon, Dublin, Krakow or Warsaw. Customer Care Role at Online Marketing Client (Dublin, Lisbon, Poland): Customer care agent focused on SMB customer base of a Fortune 500 company. Success in this position requires exceptional customer service skills, and desire to apply problem solving skills; ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) based in EMEA through different channels - chat, email and phone Qualifications:
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or another related field
  • Work experience in marketing or technology
  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media
  • Fluency in English AND full fluency in at least one of these languages: German, Danish, Dutch, Swedish, French, Hebrew, Creek, Arabic, Turkish, Italian or Spanish
  Content Moderator Role at Social Media Client (Dublin, Lisbon, Poland)
  • Review publications on client websites ad make sure they adhere to the client’s policies
  • Provide support for digital client products via email, chat or phone
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages alongside English (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Norwegian, Flemish, Swedish, Russian, Finnish, Indonesian, Hindi)
  • Cyclical work shift including work hours at night and working on weekend
  Service Delivery Team Lead for Dublin:
  • As Team Lead you will be responsible for day to day management of a team of agents. Maintaining daily/weekly metrics, ensuring workflow is consistently distributed and that all SLA metrics are met are all part of the role.
  • The Team Lead will represent the team in communications with the client and provide all levels of support when necessary. They are the main point of contact for the client and act as the point for escalation. They are responsible for all aspects of the process and will liaise closely with global counterparts.
Qualifications:
  • BA or BS degree in any field.
  • Fluent in the language being hired for (English)
  • At least 2-3 years in the same or similar position.
  • Manages large teams and/or work efforts at a client or in company.
