What will you be doing:
- Supervise & rehabilitate overdue accounts
- Order credit check & release management
- Resolve customer issues pertaining to delivery, pricing and bonus
- Perform account reconciliation
- Monitor customers on payment plans
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion and drive
