De functie: Wij hebben een uitdagend aanbod voor Nederlands sprekende om ons PayPal team te komen versterken als klant adviseur. Jij zult hét aanspreekpunt wezen voor nieuwe en bestaande PayPal klanten en zult hun vragen beantwoorden via telefoon en e-mail. Deze rol is uiterst klantgericht en je zult je passie voor klantenservice moeten tonen door onze klanten een professionele service te bieden met de focus op First Contact Resolution. Ons kantoor is geopend van maandag t/m vrijdag van 8.00 tot 17.00 uur. Je hoeft slechts één weekenddag per maand te werken. Uitstekend als je het perfecte balans tussen werk en privé wilt bereiken! Have you got what we’re looking for?
  • 6 months customer service experience- this can be in retail or hospitality
  • Fluency in English Dutch (written and verbal).
  • A minimum of 6 months’ direct customer service experience- this also include retail and hospitality.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & a good working knowledge of internet.
  • Experience of working in a team environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively on the phone, with active listening skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively via email.
  • Ability to multitask, plan and organise.
