What is the job about?
Technical Support Associate role is to help Dutch speaking customers to solve technical problems. The employees help users, mainly on phone, to maintain of purchased equipment or/and network connections.
Do you have?
- very good knowledge of Dutch language (B2/C1)
- good computer skills
- ability to think analytically
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of English (min. B1)
